稻城亚丁被誉为 “蓝色星球上最后一片净土”，是国家 5A 级景区、国家级自然保护区，地处四川甘孜藏族自治州，属于大香格里拉生态旅游核心区。景区以仙乃日、央迈勇、夏诺多吉三座神山为核心，有牛奶海、五色海等碧蓝冰川湖泊，还有高山草甸、原始森林与藏式村寨。徒步是深度游览这里的最佳方式。游客需要提前适应高原，警惕高原反应，注意防寒，备好充足饮用水和干粮。
Daocheng Yading, hailed as "The Last Pure Land on the Blue Planet", is a 5A-level national nature reserve located in Garzê Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan. It is the core of the Shangri-La ecological tourist zone. The scenic spot features three sacred snow-capped mountains: Chenrezig, Jampayang and Chenadorje. You can discover turquoise glacial lakes including Milk Lake and Five-Color Lake, alpine meadows, primitive forests and Tibetan villages. Hiking is the best way to explore the landscape. Please get fully acclimatized and watch out for altitude sickness, keep warm and bring enough drinking water and snacks.
