罗汉寺是全国汉族地区重点佛教寺院，坐落于重庆渝中区，临近解放碑。始建于北宋治平年间（1064-1067 年）。核心看点为五百罗汉堂，供奉 524 尊神态各异的泥塑罗汉，古佛岩留存 400 余尊宋代摩崖石刻佛像。千年古寺被现代高楼环绕，古刹与摩天都市形成强烈视觉反差，也是电影《疯狂的石头》取景地。游客可体验传统数罗汉活动，门票含免费香。罗汉堂内禁止拍照。

Introduction
Luohan Temple is a key Buddhist temple for Han people in China, located in downtown Yuzhong District of Chongqing, close to Jiefangbei. It was first built in the Northern Song Dynasty between 1064 and 1067. The most famous highlight is the Hall of 500 Arhats, with 524 vivid clay arhat statues, each with unique facial expressions. There are also more than 400 stone Buddha carvings from the Song Dynasty on the ancient Buddha Rock. The ancient temple stands surrounded by modern skyscrapers, creating a stunning contrast between old religion and modern city. It is also the shooting site of the famous movie Crazy Stone. Visitors can join the traditional activity of counting arhats. Free incense sticks are provided with tickets. No photography is allowed inside the Arhat Hall.
