下浩里老街 📍 重庆区域

Xiahaoli Old Street is a century-old mountain town alley in Nan’an District, Chongqing, adjacent to Longmenhao Old Street and Dongshuimen Yangtze River Bridge. Built along the hillside, it retains layered stone steps, old stilt houses and nostalgic ancient buildings. It perfectly blends old Chongqing’s dock folk customs with modern literary vibe. There are creative cafes, boutique stores and the former site of Belgium Embassy. Standing at the riverside viewing terrace, visitors can overlook the skyline of Yuzhong Peninsula and the Yangtze River. Sunset and night scenery are highly recommended. It is a favourite city-walk and photography spot for travellers, with less crowds than Hongyadong. Comfortable walking shoes are suggested as there are many steps.
