Terms & Conditions for Go Deep China

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR WEBSITE OR BOOKING OUR SERVICES.
1. Services Provided
Go Deep China is a licensed travel agency based in Chengdu, China. We specialize in providing customized, private travel itineraries and tours throughout China.
2. Booking Process & Payment
- Quotation: All tour prices are quoted in USD based on your specific requirements, season, and group size.
- Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once we have received your full payment (or a mutually agreed deposit) and a signed booking form via email, WhatsApp, or WeChat.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USD Corporate Bank Account. The buyer is responsible for any bank transfer fees incurred.
- Passport Information: The traveler is fully responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into China.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus any non-refundable third-party fees already incurred.
- 15 – 29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- 14 days or less before arrival: No refund.
- No-show: No refund.
- Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
4. Changes by the Traveler
If you wish to modify your itinerary after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your changes. Any additional costs or fees incurred due to these changes will be the traveler’s responsibility.
5. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure
We are not liable for changes, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, flight delays, government policies, or public health emergencies.
6. Travel Insurance
It is a mandatory requirement that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance before traveling to China. Go Deep China is not responsible for any medical or personal expenses incurred during your trip.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Chengdu, Sichuan, China.
