双桥沟位于四川阿坝藏族羌族自治州小金县四姑娘山景区内，是景区开发最完善、游览门槛最低的一条沟。全长 40 多公里，沟口海拔 2900 米，沟尾红杉林海拔 3840 米。全程依靠观光大巴游览，不需要高强度徒步，老少皆宜。
核心打卡点有人参果坪、隆珠措、撵鱼坝、布达拉峰、红杉林。一趟行程可一次性观赏雪山、高山海子、原始森林与高山花海。6-7 月看花、9-10 月赏彩林是最佳时节。海拔较高，需预防高原反应，山上气温偏低，注意保暖。

Shuangqiao Valley is the most developed and tourist-friendly valley within Mount Siguniang Scenic Area, located in Xiaojin County, Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It stretches over 40 km, with altitude ranging from 2900m at the valley entrance to 3840m at the Redwood Forest. The whole tour relies on sightseeing shuttle buses, so heavy hiking is not required, suitable for all age groups.
Classic stops include Ginseng Fruit Meadow, Longzhucuo Lake, Nianyuba, Potala Peak and Redwood Forest. Visitors can enjoy snow-capped peaks, alpine lakes, primitive forests and wild flower meadows in one trip. The best visiting seasons are June-July for wildflowers and September-October for autumn foliage. Please take precautions against altitude sickness and keep warm as the temperature is low at high elevations.
